Identify the product
Send your quotation or shipment reference, product number, SKU, quantity affected and a clear description of the concern to sales@pillstow.com. Photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label help us identify the issue.
Keep relevant evidence
Retain the affected items and packaging while the concern is being reviewed. If several configurations were included in a shipment, identify which ones are affected.

Our team will review the information with you and discuss the next steps against the agreed product specification and written commercial terms. Contact us before arranging a return shipment.
